Hi, I'm Sarah.

MY PASSION IS COMPASSIONATELY SUPPORTING & GUIDING INDIVIDUALS IN CREATING LIVES OF OPTIMAL HEALTH THROUGH THE GRADUAL DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTHY HABITS..

I am no stranger to the many challenges, frustrations, and even feelings of hopelessness often associated with losing weight. It's a battle that I have fought for most of my adult life. Attempting everything from multiple diets to extreme workouts to prescription weight loss pills, I struggled to find a solution to a lifetime of unhealthy habits.


 Then in 2011, at the age of 38, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I spent the following year undergoing months of chemotherapy and radiation treatments, as well as multiple surgeries, including a total hysterectomy which immediately threw my 39-yr-old body into a complete state of menopause. I was mentally & physically exhausted and was terrified to discover that it was becoming increasingly more and more difficult to keep the extra pounds from adding on. By the time I had reached the age of 45, I had all but given up hope of ever finding my way to a healthier existence. I was tired, my knees hurt all of the time, I had little to no energy to enjoy participating in my favorite activities or hanging out with my family , and, worst of all, I just wasn't enjoying life the way I'd like to.


Thankfully, it was at that time that I was introduced to a completely new approach to weight loss. One that didn't focus on the number on the scale, but instead concentrated on the creation of optimal health through the gradual development of healthy habits. I learned that it is just as important to pay attention to "why we eat” as "what we eat.” Being equipped with the right tools has completely transformed my life and my health, and now I am blessed to help other individuals discover the same freedoms in life that I have.
